ストライキって何だか知ってますか？「組合員だけど一度もストライキをしたことがない」「ストライキとはどんなものか、分からない」そういう組合員が年々増えてきています。ストライキとは労働組合の団体行動権として、憲法（28条）で保障された労働者の基本的な権利の一つです。
